Terms of Use
These terms describe use of Locked In Club, operated by Raghav Kalra, including Community Circles, free Private Clubs and the related website. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Last updated:
1. Purpose and responsibility
Locked In Club is an accountability and community product, not professional coaching, therapy, medical care or professional advice. You choose your own goals and commitments and remain responsible for your actions, decisions and safety.
2. Accounts and access
Use an email account you control, keep sign-in codes and sessions secure, and do not impersonate another person. Authentication identifies your account; access to a board also depends on participation in that specific space.
Community access requires completed onboarding with a display name, one active goal and a weekly target. Completing usable setup assigns a Circle; authentication or opening setup alone does not. Historical billing status does not determine current Community access.
Private Club boards are invite-only and require membership plus a display name, active goal and weekly target for that club. Community setup and Private Club setup are independent.
3. Free access and organization enquiries
Community is free forever. Private Clubs are free for individuals and friend groups. Neither requires a card, trial or subscription. Retained Stripe infrastructure and historical billing records do not create a new consumer charge.
Organizations can contact us about their needs. An enquiry does not create an organization account, paid plan, newsletter subscription or promise of future features. Any separate service arrangement would need to be agreed separately.
4. Community Circles
A Community participant belongs to one Circle. Automatic assignment fills the most-full Circle below the target of 8 ready members, with a hard maximum of 10. There is no self-service Circle picker or automatic inactivity removal. The product owner may make explicit Circle moves or removals for administration and community safety.
5. Private Clubs
5.1 Capacity and ownership
You can create and own one Private Club and belong to up to three in total. Each club may have up to 10 members, including its owner. A retained club continues to count toward the one-owned-club limit.
5.2 Membership management
Owners can invite or remove members, but cannot edit another member’s goals or check-ins. Invited members may leave. Owners cannot leave their own club; ownership transfer and club deletion are not available through the current product.
Leaving or removal ends the relevant board access without automatically deleting goals, check-ins or personal History. Keep invite links private and share them only with intended members.
6. Goals, check-ins and History
There is one active goal per person, per space, with a weekly target from 1 to 7. A Community goal can differ from a Private Club goal. The board week runs Monday through Sunday in UTC. Only you can edit your own progress; current-week days up to today can be marked Did it or Nope, and future days cannot be checked in.
The relevant Circle or Club shares current-week board information. Longer-term personal History, target hit rate and weekly streaks are not browsable by other members. Each space has its own record. History statistics use the recent 12-week window and recorded targets, not an all-time streak guarantee. Unknown historical targets are not invented.
You remain responsible for what you submit and for having permission to include it. The service stores and displays your information to operate these features as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information about others that you are not entitled to share.
7. Conduct and optional WhatsApp
Participation must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass others, send unsolicited private messages, share others’ information without permission, spam, impersonate people or attempt to bypass access controls.
The WhatsApp group is optional and external to the website. It is a conversation layer, not the accountability system, and is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices. Joining requires acknowledging the Community Guidelines. Private Clubs can use their existing group chat; no built-in realtime chat is provided.
Serious abuse, misuse, or repeated guideline violations may lead to Community removal or other appropriate access action. Club owners may remove members from their own clubs. Such actions do not automatically erase retained personal records.
8. Results, availability and safety
Locked In Club does not guarantee productivity, consistency, income, health or any other result. Choose goals that are lawful, safe and appropriate for you. Research about progress monitoring is not a guarantee of an outcome from using this product.
The beta may contain errors or be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Do not rely on it for emergencies, professional care or critical recordkeeping. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending participation and data requests
You can stop using the service, use available club-leaving controls or request account deletion through the contact links below. Deletion requests are reviewed; leaving a space is not the same as deleting an account. Retention, historical financial records, provider records and external WhatsApp messages are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
The product and these terms may change as the beta evolves. We will give reasonable notice when a change materially affects Community access or how the product works, and publish updated terms with a revised date. The current free consumer model is described in section 3.
11. Contact
