Community Guidelines
The Locked In Club WhatsApp group is an optional space for members to connect, encourage one another, and stay accountable. Participation in WhatsApp is not required to use the Locked In Club board.
Keep the group supportive and respectful.
Friendly accountability and banter are welcome. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, sexual harassment, or repeated disrespect of another member’s boundaries are not.
This is an accountability community, not group therapy.
Members may support one another, but the group is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Respect privacy.
Do not share screenshots, messages, photos, personal information, or other content from the community outside the group without the relevant member’s permission.
No unsolicited private messages.
Membership does not give anyone permission to contact another member privately. Ask for consent before moving a conversation to DMs, particularly for dating, networking, recruiting, coaching, sales, or other personal requests.
No spam, solicitation, or self-promotion.
Do not use the community to advertise services, recruit clients, promote affiliate links, solicit money, or repeatedly promote personal projects unless specifically permitted.
Accountability should not become humiliation.
Encourage people, challenge them, and celebrate progress. Do not shame or attack someone for missing a commitment.
Use reasonable judgment with advice.
Avoid presenting potentially harmful or high-stakes advice as authoritative, particularly regarding health, medication, eating, substance use, finances, or personal safety.
Keep the community useful.
Casual conversation is welcome, but excessive spam or behavior that consistently disrupts the purpose of the group may be moderated.
Respect boundaries immediately.
If another member asks you to stop contacting them or to stop a particular conversation or behavior, stop.
Moderation decisions protect the community.
Locked In Club may warn, restrict, or remove members from the WhatsApp group for serious or repeated violations of these guidelines.
